Background Performer was founded in 2013 with the goal of bridging sales and marketing to ultimately develop businesses.
In the course of our activities, we process your data on the basis of a contract, consent or on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6a, 6b, 6f DSGVO). The purpose is, for example, the implementation of a contract or to provide you with information if you have given us your consent. The protection of your privacy is a high priority for us and therefore we do not transfer data outside European borders. Our cooperation partners who support us are contractually bound to confidentiality or have a data protection compliant order processing contract.
During the implementation of joint projects with partners, we may receive data from business partners.
As soon as we no longer need your data, we delete it. If legal regulations oblige us to keep your data for a longer period of time, then we will delete your data at the end of this period.
